For any order placed on www.enowood.com , we undertake to prepare and ship your order within 7 working days , specific to mainland France (including design and packaging time ) . During periods of intense activity, such as during Sales , Christmas , and other promotional operations, this period may extend to 10 working days . Orders to other countries may also take up to 10 business days to be delivered .

EnoWood has selected La Poste for shipping its packages , whether in mainland France or internationally. This service ensures rapid delivery , from Monday to Saturday, guaranteeing you receipt as quickly as possible.

Our products are meticulously designed to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the initial order.

If returning for change of mind or exchange of product, please ensure that it has not been used and is still in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized, adapted or modified especially for you .
